Accommodation

Accommodation will be at the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort.

Registration options will include accommodation for a selected number of nights during the AIMS National Conference 2025, as follows: 

• Full Registration including 3 nights accommodation on Tuesday 16, Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 September, or
• Full Registration including 2 nights accommodation on Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 September.

Additional Accommodation
Any additional accommodation after Thursday night (or prior to Tuesday) cannot be booked through Conference Images or the registration site.

All additional accommodation must be booked directly with the hotel and paid upon booking. The hotel has advised the rate offered will be the best available on the day.

The reservations team will go through the current rates and packages. Alternatively you can view and book live rates directly on the website www.novotelsunshinecoast.com.au 

If you are booking additional accommodation, please advise Hazel by email once booked so as every effort can be made to keep you in the same room.
