Arj BarkerWe are excited to announce that this year's Gala Dinner entertainment will be world famous ARJ BARKER!

Arj Barker is an American stand­up comedian with a worldwide following.  

As a stand­up he won the coveted Perrier Best Newcomer Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and has performed regular sell-out seasons at the Adelaide Fringe Festival and Melbourne International Comedy Festival.  

He now tours Australia and New Zealand on a regular basis attracting sold out audiences at the largest theatres in the country.

He has also performed in Holland, Sweden, Norway, USA, Canada, England, Scotland, Ireland, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia and New Zealand. He has made numerous appearances on late night talk shows including Letterman and Conan O'Brian shows, as well as his own half hour special on HBO produced by comedy central.

Guest Speaker Announced

Bastien Treptel 300Bastien Treptel has been announced as a guest speaker at this year's National Conference.

Bastien Treptel is a former black-hat hacker turned trusted cybersecurity leader. At just 16, he infiltrated one of Australia’s largest banks. Today, he is one of the country’s most sought-after experts on how businesses can protect themselves against increasingly sophisticated digital threats.

As founder of CTRL: Cyber, a company valued at over $100 million and acquired in 2021, Bastien has advised leading enterprises on securing their systems from internal and external attack. His new venture, Ironclad ID, addresses the fastest-growing threat in cybercrime: social engineering.

His mission is to eliminate identity-based breaches across Australian organisations.

Bastien’s keynotes are fast-paced, eye-opening and highly practical. Keynote Speaker Announced

R.HarrisThailand Cave Rescue Diver Dr Richard Harris will be our 2025 Keynote speaker! Be inspired by his heroic story.

Dr Richard “Harry” Harris has worked in anaesthesia, diving, and aeromedical medicine around the world.  His passion for cave diving goes back to the 1980’s and has taken him to the corners of the globe in search of new adventures. 

Harry has a professional and voluntary interest in search and rescue operations, establishing the first cave diving rescue capability in Australasia. The 2018 Thailand cave rescue was an opportunity to put this training to work. 

Harry received the Star of Courage, and the Medal of the Order of Australia for this role. He was the joint 2019 Australian of the Year with his dive partner Craig Challen and is now primarily working as a speaker, author, and film maker.

  • Wednesday, 17 September: The Conference kicks off at midday with sponsored workshops, followed by a delightful Welcome Dinner in the evening.
  • Thursday, 18 September: A full day of conference sessions, keynote speakers, and an engaging Sponsor Exhibition area, where attendees can explore and experience cutting-edge technology and software. The day concludes with an elegant Formal Final Dinner.
  • Friday, 19 September: The event wraps up with morning conference sessions, featuring inspiring guest speakers, and concludes around lunchtime, allowing attendees plenty of time for their return journeys.

This year, the registration fees include accommodation due to the unique location of the conference. Attendees can choose between two-night and three-night packages.
